SHIPPING & RETURNS

Neubsandals.com provides free shipping across Europe (typically a 2-3 working day service nationally and 5-10 days internationally).

Purchases outside of Europe are subject to extra costs depending on location.

Neubsandals.com does issue refunds within a 30 day period if the product has been purchased online. If the product has been purchased via our physical locations then we do not issue refunds but operate on an exchange policy within the same periods as mentioned above.

Shoes must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging.
